		PRE-PAID CARDS TelCell offers prepaid cards in $10 and $20 denominations. The $10 card once recharged to your account is valid for 30 days; the $20 card is valid for 60 days

INTERNATIONAL ROAMING
International Roaming gives you the opportunity to use your cellular phone when traveling abroad without having to change your number, or having to contact customer care when you arrive at your destination. With this service, you can use your mobile in the USA, Europe and Asia to name a few. Before leaving for your destination, please contact customer care.

OUTBOND ROAMING
Getting ready to travel internationally with your cellular phone, check our to-do list before you leave:

• Contact Customer Service to activate your account for Roaming.
• Verify that your phone is technically capable. Find out the network frequency of the country you are visiting.
• Review the per minute rates for the country you are visiting.
• Review the voice mail and sms access/procedures.
• Verify if the country you are visiting has a Roaming Agreement with TelCell.

INCOMING ROAMING
Prior to your arrival on our beautiful island you must contact your local carrier to verify if there is a roaming agreement with TelCell N.V. In addition please confirm with your local carrier if your account is set up for international roaming.

TelCell operates on the 900 MHz band so you would also need to verify if your cellular phone is compatible (dual band 900/1900, 900/1800, tri band 900/1900/1800 or quad band 850/900/1900/1800)

CREDIT CARD ROAMING
TDMA mobile phone users who want to stay in touch with friends and family can get connected. You will be assigned a temporary local mobile number, where you can make and receive calls. This service requires a credit card deposit of $280.89 and your card will be billed at a later date for the calls you have made. In order for this service to be activated you will have to stop by one of our Customer Care locations. Activation Fee: U.S. $ 14.00

The Roaming feature is available to our qualified postpaid GSM subscribers. With this service you can use your mobile in the US, Europe and Asia just to name a few. Contact customer service for more information 611.
