Why
can’t I divert my mobile number to a fixed line?
Prepaid customers cannot divert
their number to a fixed line. Post paid on the other
hand does have that option.
How can I Roam? Roaming is a service
provided to our post paid customers. You will also need
a tri band or a quad band phone. Prior to leaving for
your trip please contact customer service so that you
can be activated for Roaming.
What does to re-write a chip mean?
Re-write means putting your number
on another chip.
Are the chips sold separately?
No chips are sold in a package
with 2 $20.00 cards for $50.00
LOST/STOLEN
PHONES
In
cases where you phone has been lost or stolen you should
inform customer service in order for them to suspended
the number.
RETURN POLICY:
Customers have a 2 month warranty on a phone purchase.
When returning the phone customer should have their
receipt.
