Why can’t I divert my mobile number to a fixed line?
Prepaid customers cannot divert their number to a fixed line. Post paid on the other hand does have that option.

How can I Roam?
Roaming is a service provided to our post paid customers. You will also need a tri band or a quad band phone. Prior to leaving for your trip please contact customer service so that you can be activated for Roaming.

What does to re-write a chip mean?
Re-write means putting your number on another chip.

Are the chips sold separately?

No chips are sold in a package with 2 $20.00 cards for $50.00
  LOST/STOLEN PHONES
In cases where you phone has been lost or stolen you should inform customer service in order for them to suspended the number.

RETURN POLICY:
Customers have a 2 month warranty on a phone purchase. When returning the phone customer should have their receipt.

  HOW TO SUBSCRIBE
FOR OUR POST PAID SERVICES?
Decide which service best suits your needs and lifestyle; do you want to be billed monthly for your calls or maybe you need to budget your calls and prefer a prepaid account. Then decide which network you want to use TDMA or GSM.

For your protection and ours the following documents are required;

Post Paid Account:
• Picture ID
(ID Card, Drivers License or Passport)

• Proof of Employment
(Last two (2) pay slips)

• Registration Form (from Census Office)

• Proof of Residency
(for non Antillean Only)

• Copy of Chamber Registration
(for businesses only)

Prepaid Account:
• Picture ID
(ID Card, Drivers License or Passport)
