INFORMATION
TelCell NV is the mobile services division of the
St. Maarten Group of Telephone Companies and the only
mobile provider in the region to offer both Time Division
Multiple Access (TDMA) and Global System for Mobile
Communication (GSM). 
MISSION STATEMENT
Our aim is to become the islands preferred cellular
service provider by continually providing reliable
cellular service to our subscribers, with emphasis
being placed on fast and efficient customer care.
We expect each customer to feel that they are appreciated
and know that there is no doubt that they were treated
cordially and that they are free to contact our Customer
Care Department whenever they need assistance.
PRODUCTS
& SERVICES
TelCell offers both Prepaid and Post paid mobile services.
TelCell provides the mobile market with both voice
and data services.
These services are offered on two different mobile
technologies Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA)
and Global System for Mobile Communication (GSM).

CITIZENSHIP
The
St. Maarten Telephone Company position on corporate
citizenship is reflected in its mission statement:
“The
TelEm Group offers complete Telecom services to business,
residents and tourists alike, using proven and reliable
technology, guaranteeing continuity while adapting
to new developments and building on our commitment
to serve you”.
Each year the company prepares a budget for donation
and contributions to groups and organisations with
the community. The group of companies particularly
supports activities and events geared towards the
youth and senior citizens.
In addition, the TelEM Group has been involved in
providing to the Public Library, the Medical Center,
the University of St. Martin and low-end systems to
several schools around the island.
The company is also active in a Community Outreach
Program; personnel are encouraged to participate in
voluntary work in the community.
